RENTAL CONDITIONS

- Deposit required: 250€ paid in cash when handed over the keys and fullly returned when handing back the keys in case the apartment is left as found on arrival.

- Payment method: in cash when handed over the keys

- In case you leave the apartment less clean than found on arrival, you will be charged 50€ extra for cleaning.

- Including:: Gas, electricity, water, bed sheets, towells and beach towells.

- Minimum stay: preferably 1 week or 7 nights.

- Check-in day: flexible.

- Earliest arrival time: 9:00 hr.

- Check-out by: 10:00 hr. (flexible depending on arrival of new clients)
