RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Deposit required: 250€ paidby bank transfer when making the reservation or in cash when handed over the keys and fullly returned when handing back the keys in case the apartment is left as found on arrival.
- Payment method: in cash when handed over the keys
- In case you leave the apartment less clean than found on arrival, you will be charged 50€ extra for cleaning.
- Including:: Gas, electricity, water, bed sheets, towells and beach towells.
- Minimum stay: preferably 1 week or 7 nights.
- Check-in day: flexible.
- Earliest arrival time: 9:00 hr.
- Check-out by: 10:00 hr. (flexible depending on arrival of new clients)
